Overview & Fulfillment Hub: This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through hulbert.ca, operated by Hulbert Trading Corporation Limited. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our local facility in Richmond, BC, Canada.

Processing Times: B2C Retail Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays). B2B Commercial Orders are handled in accordance with your executed purchase contract and commercial agreements.

Shipping Rates, Local Delivery & Estimates: We offer reliable shipping and local delivery options. Local delivery is available exclusively within Richmond, BC, and is subject to adjustment as operations scale. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days across Canada and the US. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Packaging & Sustainability: Retail shipments utilize eco-friendly materials, including durable poly mailers and honeycomb paper mailers.

International Shipping & Customs: Customers are responsible for international customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Documentation accurately reflects the departure point and true country of origin.

Tracking Your Order: Tracking information is emailed once your shipping label is generated and your order is packed.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Parcels: Report transit damage with photos immediately to service@hulbert.ca. We assist with carrier investigations for delayed or lost parcels.
